Description
The slant locking is a mechanical locking unit for installation in smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) opening mechanisms (e.g. BF, BG). It can be operated either via a locking bolt (SET 3.0 / SET 3.1) or via a combination of a locking bolt and a ventilation cylinder/-actuator (SET 3.2).
When the SHE unit is closed or ventilation mode is on, the locking engages with the locking bolt and is arrested by spring action. When the SHEVS mounting is opened, the locking automatically disengages from the bolt. Upon closing, it automatically reengages with the bolt.
The hole in the tab allow the slant locking to be manually unlocked using a cable pull.
